High-tech state-of-the-art mixes with romance

Dramatic design transformed this historic native-stone winery into a state-of-the-art music conservatory. Thoughtful design preserved this historic land-mark while deftly integrating both a sophisticated training facility with acoustically-isolated rehearsal rooms and an intimate 230+ seat theater. High-tech requirements were skillfully incorporated to maintain the romance of the original building. The complex also features areas for dance and administrative offices.
